MSP Change Desk ("we", "us") publishes this website and the MSP Change Desk newsletter. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and, if you provide them, your name and company. We use them only to send the newsletter and related updates you asked for.
- Pro waitlist sign-ups: the Pro waitlist uses the same newsletter sign-up form, so joining it subscribes you to the free newsletter. We'll also use your email address to tell you when MSP Change Desk Pro opens.
- Emails you send us: the content of your message and your address, used to reply.
- Basic server logs: our hosting provider may record standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't add our own analytics or advertising trackers to this site.
Sign-up form and cookies
The sign-up form on this site is provided by Beehiiv and loads from Beehiiv's servers. Beehiiv may set its own cookies and use similar technologies, including cookies that remember where you came from (such as the referring page and campaign tags) and whether you've already subscribed, and the form page Beehiiv serves loads Google Tag Manager. See Beehiiv's privacy policy for details. If you'd rather not load the form, you can subscribe directly at mspchangedesk.beehiiv.com/subscribe, which is also run by Beehiiv.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to host the website and send the newsletter: Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding) and Beehiiv (newsletter sign-ups and delivery). When you subscribe, the sign-up form is provided by Beehiiv and your email address is sent directly to them. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.
Detection scripts
Our scripts run on your computer, against your tenants. They don't send any data to us.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
